Yes, Buddy sleeps right next to me on his blankie. I started letting him around 9months because he would not stop jumping up on the bed. I was losing to much sleep trying to keep him off so I just gave up. There has never been a problem. He is fully trained and sleeps soundly until the alarm goes off.
If he ever tried to be Alpha on the bed he would be put in the kitchen with the gate up for the night. That he understands!
