 I was in a wreck the other day
Tuesday I was involved in a wreck. Some guy ran a red light and smashed in to the front of my pretty red Monte. I do believe that it is totaled. I am fine except for a major headache which I think is stress related. But looking at my dream car makes me sick. Thank god there was a guy who saw it all and actually stopped and stayed until the police came as the other guy says that I am the one that ran the red light. My biggest problem now is that I am petrified when I have to drive. And since I am a home health nurse I have to drive. So I am a nervous wreck the whole time. I went yesterday and picked up the police report and faxed it to the other persons insurance company to try and speed things up. Hopefully it will not take too long. So I guess now I am on the lookout for a different car. Not really for sure what I am interested in. We cant afford a huge car payment. If anyone has any suggestions or reviews of a good make/model of car I would love to hear them. I know that I am very lucky in many ways but it is really hard to feel that way when I look outside and see my once pretty car and know that I will never drive it again. |
