When a dog chooses to go outside that's one thing. I just don't like the idea of getting a dog and planning on keeping him/her outside all the time. If the dog preffers it though, then I don't see a problem with it, unless of course theres severe weather conditions, or the dog isn't safe outside for various reasons.
