5yr health warranty? WOW! That's awesome! Sometimes mixed breeds do get the best of both breeds, but sometimes it can be the worst. Theres really no way to tell exactly what traits the pup is getting. As for the price, well I personally wouldn't pay that much for a mixed breed, but to each there own.
