What made her diagnose liver shunt without any hard results?
Does she constantly do the circling. Lex does it when he get excited and wants to go potty. I would actually have questioned maybe excitement, kenneling or even something nuro before I thought about shunt.
This is JMO but vets worry be a bit with their big rush to run tests and medicate the poor things.
