I had one puppy that was big.. he weighed 3lbs at 8 weeks.. I told the owner that he would be around 9 lbs. I keep in touch with the people I sell to, and she just let me know he is 18 months old and weighs in at over 11lbs.. I don't know how this happened, but it did??? Mom was 8 lbs and dad 5.5 lbs.. |
I totally agree with passing information along. It's only to help the next person. It's so hard these days with the net and people selling dogs - it's almost like playing russian roulette UNLESS you do your homework - but I the saddest stories are the puppies that are sold sick ....and troubleTB - YOU sound like the kind of breeder I would want if ever getting another puppy - that's great you keep in contact. I would love to have a breeder I could share pictures with of my girls growing up.
