I've been accused of 'bashing' her breeder by someone for warning others about it. But in my opinion - It IS the breeders fault if a puppy is sold sick & they knowingly do this - there is no excuse....
it can happen to the best of them I know - - but good breeders make sure it doesn't happen over and over. Which is what Chanels breeder does. She now has a disclaimer on her site to cover herself....which tells me she still sells sick puppies. I 've met a few people that got puppies from her & the same thing happened to them
Chanels breeder denied even knowing what coccidia is when I called her to tell her what the diagnosis was. (she claims to have been breeding over 20 YEARS ?) Denied it and hung up on me.
She'd rather have let Chanel die then tell me her puppies could possibly have it. That was the worst of my experience besides how sick Chanel was. IF A BREEDER KNOWS their dogs possibly have life threatening parasites - they need to tell people up front so those dogs get treated asap before it gets so bad they almost die. I had counted on my breeder to help me with my new puppy and she wanted nothing to do with me or Chanel once she had my money. |
I'm sorry that happened to you Villette..I swear people don't have a conscience! I don't get how they could just leave their animals to get sick like that and not even care. so greedy...but karma is a Bit**. I'm glad that Chanel is happy & Healthy today. I counted on my breeder to help me w/ Stanley too but thankfully I found YT shortly after.
And Trouble, at least you told the customer honestly how big you thought the pup was gonna be. I respect you for your honesty and the fact that you care for your babies and don't leave them to get sick like all the bad breeders that we submit reviews about.
