I don't know anything about Seameal or adding Flaxseed. We also use Solid Gold Wee Bits (though Sissy only nibbles a few bites) and we use Missing Link as well. I have been told that the one downside of Solid Gold is that is can dry out skin. We haven't experienced this, but she doesn't eat much of it.
