Oh sweetheart....I am so, so sorry to hear about this. Little Jake really did sound like a dream - and I know that he was your special little baby
I have been through what you are going through now, and I KNOW how much you are missing him...and I know that the pain is unbearable
Please know that Jake is now your little angel - still right beside you, you just can't see him right now
But he IS, standing at the Rainbow Bridge, watching over his mommy
