I would bring her where I'D feel best. I know you respect the breeder, but who'd decision is it after all?

If something indeed were to go wrong at her vet's will she cover the bills?

If she really wanted the pups to be spayed/neutered where she chose she should have put it in the contract somewhere before purchasing and/or have them fixed herself before placing them.

This is my best advice..........really, it's YOUR decision/business. There isn't much anyone can tell you here either.
