First off, welcome to YT! Physiologically your puppy isn't even ready to be potty trained yet. My vet told me that until 4 months, their bladder isn't even prepared to hold it. So, it sounds like you're going through some of the right motions, just keep it up. Mine is 7.5 months old and not potty trained. It's frustrating sometimes, but he is trained to go on command. I take him out and say "go potty" and he goes. But if I forget to take him out every hour or two, he'll have an accident in the house.
