Well, working out at night is not working for me. I find that I am just too busy - DH gets home, spend time w/ him, cook, clean, do daughter stuff, make phone calls, (last night, had my niece and nephew over for the night), etc.
So, I am sticking to the mornings for me. --which has always worked for me - because it wakes me up and gets me going - plus, it just makes me feel better all day, more energy, etc.
My goal is to get rid of about 30lbs - work on my thighs (for sure) and flatten my tummy - I have a relatively small waist, just tummy flab and "the THIGHS"!!!! - yuck! hee,hee
