Something doesn't sound right there. I have never heard of any vet that will not require blood work on the dog before they sedate them for a procedure. Lex will be neutered Friday morning and we had his blood work done two Saturday's ago. My vet will not do any sort of sedation without the blood work.
I know that the blood work checked a ton of things and cost me $25.
