Thanks everyone for your help. I think I'm being paranoid and its just a BAD case of Kennel cough. I cant wait till morning. He's sleeping peacefully now. I keep flicking his ears to make sure he's just asleep and not in a coma or something. Now that he's thrown up he's better, not as in healed but I dont feel so afraid now.
