I don't know what Gravol is, but I think right now you need to focus on sleep. You are going to worry about everything if you don't rest, take a couple Tylenol PM, I'm talking months of taking it might hurt your liver, a few times won't hurt, so don't worry........Layla will be fine, she probably needs to sleep too........
