When my little one gets the upset tummy my vet usually recommends giving her boiled rice with just a little bit of ground beef. Usually stays down and does not run out the other end.
If she is not feeling better by the third day, I would consider taking her to the vet for a check up. They will probably run bloodwork to get for stuff and can possibly give her something to settle her tummy.
