The best thing for you to do honestly is to just do a search right here on Yorkietalk for "potty training" and you will find many articles! Reading these will give you much insight into the world of potty training!
Our little Maci is completely potty trained, and it took us about 2-3 months to get it down pat. Some take longer, some shorter! The key advice I can give you is try to get on a schedule for "potty time" and stick to one method. Trying different things can easily confuse your little one, and you'll be back to the drawing board. Just have patience....he'll get it!
