Please join New Yorkers of all breeds, shapes and sizes to be part of the ultimate New York dog photograph*.
Award-winning Magnum photographer Elliott Erwitt will soar above the park in a cherry picker to capture an unforgettable shot of New Yorkers and their dogs.
Camera crews from the networks and cable news will also be there to share the moment.
The shoot inaugurates the launch of DOGS 24/7 and CATS 24/7 an extraordinary exhibit of 100 large format photos displayed on the fences of Bryant Park. DOGS 24/7 and CATS 24/7 were created by New York Times #1 Best-selling authors Rick Smolan and David Elliot Cohen (known for their A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AMERICA and AMERICA 24/7 book projects). The exhibit runs May 31-June 11.
