We are advised over here not to put our Dog's names on their I.D tags because if anybody picks them up and knows their names they are off to a good start at luring them away so we are told
Surname, phone number, mobile number, post code, (zip code) on the otherside vet's phone number, and or second contact phone number.
also both my dogs Yorki and springer wear a tag to say that they are neutered, i also have a friend who's dogs wear them even though they arn't
