Ah, there it is. They have a list of AKC breeders with suspended license!

I think if he's not full bred, I would turn them into AKC if they don't refund your money. But seems you may have to prove he's not full bred, I don't know.

I think akc's website is www.akc.org You can go there and contact them to see what you need to do to prove your dog isn't full bred.
