No, I am not familiar with the breeder but seems to me that this breeder is not very honest!! There are many dishonest people. Also, if you were looking to breed why didn't you search a little more and buy your baby from someone that has a reputation to maintain. I hope you are going to resolve your problem. Good Luck!
