First of all if he does not look like a purbred yorkie, then I would have hfim neutered.
I doubt that you have any recourse at all against the breeder. When it comes to buying dogs, it is pretty much buyer beware. Without a DNA sample to prove who the parents are then you don't have much to go on.
You aren't the only one that this has happened to it's a shame that breeders get by with this but unfortunately they do.
Most buyers educate themselves too late. |
