I don't know if the fire department does that anymore...around here they don't..peoples taxes have to pay everytime they go out on a call so taking kitty out of the tree is not on their priority list...Have you tried coaxing her down? She should come down by herself but if she doesn't....get like a big fishing net...climb the tree and scoop her up! I have seen them catch cats (on animal cops) in homes of horders (sp?). Good Luck!
