I have had dogs shipped in the past. There are two levels of shipping VIP and Cargo. I always go VIP because the dog gets white glove treatment and is off and there for you within 15 minutes of the flight landing. Definitely monitor weather and the length of time that the flight has to be. I have done it and would do it again. I always make sure to be there before the flight lands and I am ready with water and food to take care of the baby.
