What about plexiglass? You could put sheets of it over the railing so you could still see through. I would put it ftom top to bottom..it won't compromise your view or the looks of your house but it will keep her from falling. I've had Yorkies chew through plastic baby gates, orange snow fencing and their toenails can get caught in the netting fabric of a playpen and they can chew through it also but I've never had one go through plexiglass! You could put it up with stick-on velcro and you wouldn't have to make any holes in your woodwork. |
