kami i am so sorry to hear that you baby is still sick. When i got ruger i had just lost my yorkie a month earlier and ruger wasn't home with me for a night before he got sick. the vets kept talking to me about liver and kidney problems nnd that it looked like a shunt. i too couldn't let him go and cried so very much. His test results alarmed them, but they said an ultrasound could be done to see a shunt but when they are very small it may be hard to see. the thing is it turned out not to be liver or kidney problems, and his blood work was up and down for 9 days, i truly hope things work out for you like they did for me.
