Exactly. My old dog Misty was the runt of the litter, she was a boxer though, but she was healthy and fine...she was just smaller than the others. But to go and look for a runt just because you want a smaller dog, and to say that you now want a "good one"...well IMO thats saying you don't care about anything but size.
