Breakfast: Egg white and wheat toast
Mid-morning snack at 10:30 a.m.: plain yogurt mixed with fresh fruit
Lunch: turkey on wheat with a slice of cheese, no dressing
Mid-afternoon snack: Granola bar (Nature's Valley)
Dinner: Baked or grilled chicken marinated in teriyaki, etc., green vegetable and plain yam (they have their own natural sweetness)
A diet along this line combined with cardio/light weight lifting works for me.
