I use unscented baby wipes too.......
And comb his eye crust (whatever it's called)......first thing in the morning with an unscented baby wipe and the small side of a comb (soon to be flea comb thanks to chattiesmom)

I also use unscented baby wipes for his beard, eye crust, bottom and pee pee.
