Loki is also in a short puppy cut. I love his face short. I keep the hair above his eyes and on his head trimmed but I let the hair just under his eyes grow out so that it can be combed to the side and out of his face. Some groomers like to shave the bridge of the nose - don't let them! I love having him short because he takes less than 5 minutes to blow dry and it looks CUTE since he is so fluffy!
People always ask me what he is since he is 10 pounds, has long legs and has floppy ears and he isn't cut like a Yorkie - but they also always comment on how cute his haircut is and how cute HE is. So even though he has kind of a unique cut, people seem to like it a lot. I just laugh when people say "Oh he's just been to the groomer's!" even if it's been a month since he's been there. I guess that means I do an OK job of keeping it up at home.
