My two love each other. They only fight over bones. My daughter has two...a silky and a yorkie....about 9 pounds and 4 1/2 pounds...they do fine, too. I have heard that it is good to have two to keep each other company. However, I am not so sure about big and little dogs mixed. Some others may have better advice there.
