Kristy, this is a new year. You can start over. There is something I think you should do. You might think I'm insane, but it helped me.
Is there a QUIET place you can go alone? If there is, go there. Just sit there alone for as long as you need to. Then find a little rock and think about your problems, you're giving them all to the little rock. Think about any problems you had, anything that made you angy, all of your problems. When you're done with that, throw the little rock as far away as you can.
It really will help you feel better. It helped me.
I'm sorry for everything you went through as a child. That's terrible. But it's time to move on. You need to think about your own kids and their future.
