I clipped mine, and I think he's happier. He has better traction on the tile. I just took a pair of grooming scissors and did it while he was asleep, so he didn't move that much. And the best part...you don't have to worry about it looking bad. It's just feet. As far as nail clipping goes, I won't do it. Their nails are too dark to see the blood vessels inside, and it's very bloody and painful if you get one of those. Ask you vet to do that, mine does it for free. If you decide to do it yourself, their are nail clippers and these things called syptic powder sticks (to clot the bleeding) at Petsmart and they are relatively cheap.
