No cereal or milk. They do have low carb versions of both. Like soy milk and soy chocolate milk and they have low carb cereal too, but it's also very soy tasting. I don't care for either but I know some do like it.
For Atkins you do not have to follow any recipes at all. It can be as easy as just boiling chicken. The only rule is keep the carb count low.
For the South Beach Diet, I have no idea.
When reading labels to learn about carbs, you can subtract dietary fiber and also any sugar alcohols. |
