Would you allow a child to live on junk food just because they begged. Tell yourself it is what is best for them.
If you never start it, they won't beg for it. People are the ones who start the vicious circle.
Mine never beg at the table because I have never fed them from the table. If I have something that is ok for them to have I wait until I leave the table and then give it to them. |
