oh girl - I so feel bad for you !! It's awful isn't it ??? the worst is at night ....it burns all the way to my elbow like I lit a torch on it....i know what you mean about doing your hair etc - I just use one arm for everything now. I literally cried the night I did this....it was like someone pulled my arm right out of the socket.
GOOD luck with the surgery - if I had insurance I'd be right in there with you.
