I sounds like teething to me... this happend with Tino and I asked my vet about it and he said that when they are stressed bc of teething their ears will go up and down, but make sure you are keeping the hair shaved off of it so that it will come back up. He also suggested the massaging and the cottage cheese as Julz recommended. Tino's came back up and then when he was teething again at 10 months one started flopping again, but I had them shaved again and we are back to two up! Good luck!
