OMG - I feel horrible for you and what this little pup will go through. Did you get any kind of health guarantee from Petland when you bought him? If so, get on the phone with them first thing Tuesday morning and DEMAND repayment for vet bills and your money back for this very sick little pup.
Unfortunately, I have nothing other to tell you regarding his condition. I will send prayers your way, but at least you can love him for whatever time you will have with him.
The one thing I can tell you from other posts here, if he doesn't make it, please do an autopsy as that is the only "proof" you will have of his genetic illnesses - and Petland should also reimburse you for this.
