Take her temp twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Try to do it when she's doing the same activity each day ( always after sleeping or eating, etc.). Record it each day and soon you'll see her normal pattern. This way you'll be able to determine what is not the norm for her. Stay close and keep an eye on her, it won't be long now!
