We used one of these for a long time and I like them...but...the sections are hard to take apart and put together and it is a bit bulky to move around or store when it's not needed. I think you'll be fine with 1 Yorkie in it but if you plan to add a couple more you'll want to buy the additional sections so you can enlarge it. When the boyz were little it was pretty crowded with a bed, food and water dishes and a wee-wee pad...there wasn't much room left so the wee-wee pad usually became the playground and it wasn't pretty...I washed a lot of toys!

However, I do like them because of their sturdiness and the fact that they sit flat on the floor so they can't get out underneath if you use it outside and it can be easily cleaned with the hose outside when needed. You can also use them as a single piece across a door if you brace them up with something...and you can also open one section and secure each end against a wall so the wall becomes the back of the playpen and that will give them a lot more room.
