I almost did not read your thread, as I just went through this not too long ago... Your Aunt does need you... and your focus really does need to be on her, not the events leading up to her actions, or even her actions... just her recovery. Its very hard to face your family and friends after such an act... after the fact you realize that no matter what lead you to do it, it was a selfish thing to do... to potently leave all of your loved ones behind to deal with your sudden death without any answers or closure. The guilt is haunting... A loving family will be her best medicine... and a good Psychiatrist! Mine did wonders! He also referred me to a great therapist! lol I needed that too... Just be there when she's ready...
I'm so sorry... its scary to almost lose someone... And having been in her shoes.. its even more scarier to realize, with a clear head, that you almost devastated everyone you really care about...
