I have heard that after they are neutered, they tend to calm down a bit. Too much testosterone!!!

Have you talked to a trainer about his issues? Maybe that would help you too.

I wish I could be of more help, but my boys were pretty calm compared to what you are describing for your boy. Just keep loving him though!
