I would talk to ALL the neighbor kids and offer them a few bucks for his safe return - kids know everything. Don't give up ...you can call vets offices nearby too - and keep posting those flyers !
Poor little guy he must be so scared.....the real fear is someone wanting to keep him but there ARE good people left in the world and if someone is a true dog lover they'll return him to his family. All the best to you and i hope you find him -
