I'm glad that you're still making progress!

With regards to your question about your son reminding Q of a previous abuser... It's a moot point. Your son and you have done enough damage all by yourselves to cause Q's behavior.

The 2 of you do seem commmitted to turning things around, though, so I commend you for that.
