I would NEVER buy a pet from a breeder with multiple breeds in a kennel atmosphere. You are investing not just your money, but your love and care in a pet that you want for loving, trouble free companionship for many years. These animals can live a long time. For a purchase like this, I would do extensive research and find a reputable home breeder who does this for love of the breed, not purely for the money. They are out there. Buying from a kennel, you are running the risk that you get an animal with health problems and behavioral issues.

If you ARE willing to deal with a few issues and have a big heart you may consider rescue. At least you would have an idea what issues you would be dealing with rather gambling on a kennel purchase.
