My 6 month old pup had both ears down, then both when up and then one was up and one was down...Now they are both half up/half down! My vet said that while they teeth in the first year their ears will go up and down!!! Not sure if that is true, but perhaps this is the case with your pup. Who cares...it probably looks adorable!
