I can't recommend any vets as I'm not in the Chicago area - but as far as getting him to eat - try whatever you can!!
You can use baby food meats (just make sure they don't contain garlic or onion powder), boiled chicken, fruits and veggies. He may just be a really picky eater. Are you using Nutrical with him (to prevent hypoglycemia)? If so, this might be making him not hungry. If you are not and he is still not eating, it is important to use this to keep his blood sugar levels up. Good luck to you both - please keep us posted.
