This is only a suggestion. I would have my carpet professionally cleaned. Tell them about the pet urine. They can remove all stains and odor. Keep her totally confined, until her PP bad habit is broken. She is two years old. In human life that's 14. She's a teenager now. When you take her outside, keep telling her PP, or whatever word you would like to use. When she is finished, don't allow her to play, but take her back inside right away. Before you put her back in her confined area, give her a PP treat. She will soon learn that if she is good, she gets a treat and also gets out of her confined area. If she doesn't PP, then NO treat. Won't be long and she will PP like the wind.
