 Bad experience also
I also had a bad experience with Banfield. I found a vet in private practice and he is great. Those Banfield places are like going to a walk-in clinic and really good vets don't work in those places. My puppy had scabies (skin mites) and Banfield didn't even check for them. I had to go to another vet after the problem got so bad that he pulled out most of the hair on his hind quarters. I'm still waiting for it to grow back. |
