Hi, yes the bad charm with the heart comes with the tiny lobster clasp that you can attach to a collar, harness, leash or anything you want. Take a look at the photos with Zoe modeling the charms to get an idea. Our dog wears a collar at all time but you can easily attach to harness for those that do not.
